Sugo Agency Owner Reports Platform Refusal to Action Dual-Agency Streamer Violations

I work as an agency owner under the Sugo platform, and for the past 3 days, I have been experiencing a serious issue regarding streamer management. I detected that one of the streamers belonging to my agency opened a secondary account under another agency and has been actively using this account. The streamer explicitly confesses to this situation on audio recording, video, and in written form.

Despite collecting all this evidence and submitting it to management via in-app support, management attempted to dismiss the matter by responding with "insufficient evidence." The failure to take the situation seriously despite such clear and explicit confessions not only disregards my hard work as an agency but also deeply troubles me regarding the overall reliability of the system.

For this reason, I demand that my streamer's secondary account also be transferred to my agency and that necessary disciplinary actions be imposed on the other agency that acquired this account. For the sake of protecting my agency's reputation as well as maintaining a fair and reliable system operation on the platform, I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that definitive action be taken.
