StubHub Bad Bunny Milan Concert Refund Still Missing

I purchased two tickets through StubHub for Bad Bunny’s July 19 concert in Milan. After the concert was canceled, StubHub emailed me with two options: StubHub credit or a full refund to my credit card. I specifically chose the full refund option.

Although approximately two months have passed, no refund has been credited to my credit card. When I contacted StubHub, I was told that I would receive a full refund, but the money has still not been credited to my account. I paid approximately $816 in total and, as a result, I have received neither the service I paid for nor my money back.

I am requesting that StubHub refund the full amount associated with orders 644457357 and 644459702 for the canceled July 19 Bad Bunny concert in Milan to my credit card as soon as possible.
