StubHub Anyma Concert Refund Delayed Over 20 Days After Cancellation

I purchased a ticket through StubHub for Anyma’s concert scheduled to take place in Istanbul on September 12. The total amount of the purchase was ₺14,655.43, and my ticket number is 639852517. After the concert was canceled, StubHub informed me by email that my refund had been approved, but despite more than 20 days having passed, I still have not received any payment. Although the payment was made by credit card, I am still waiting for the refund to be credited to my bank account, but no amount has been reflected in my account so far. Since the concert was canceled, I have tried to contact StubHub repeatedly and have sent more than 50 emails, but I have only received automated responses and no concrete solution or explanation has been provided. I request that the ₺14,655.43 refund for this canceled ticket be credited to my account as soon as possible and that I be clearly informed why the refund process has taken this long.
