I Face StubHub Ticket Fraud Concerns Over Invalid QR Code And Seat Tickets

We purchased tickets through StubHub for The Weeknd’s Munich concert on June 26 under order number 640946293. During the purchase process, we were told that our tickets would be sent with QR codes on the day of the event, so we waited until the concert day.

However, when the event day arrived, we still did not receive QR-coded tickets. Instead, we were only sent a ticket showing a row and seat number.

When we arrived at the concert venue, we were informed that the account owner was a fake account and that the tickets we had were invalid. This was when we realized that the tickets sold to us were fraudulent. In order to enter the concert, we had no choice but to purchase new tickets for the same area again, and we had to pay an additional cost despite the fact that the replacement tickets were actually cheaper.

I request that StubHub resolve the inconvenience caused by the sale of fake/invalid tickets and provide a full refund for the tickets we purchased through StubHub but were unable to use. I also expect appropriate action to be taken regarding this serious issue so that other customers do not experience the same situation.
