Stradivarius Cardigan Pilled After First Wash

I purchased a black knitted cardigan with product code 5015/479/001 through the Stradivarius app on September 22, 2026, under order number 5047*****43. The product was delivered by courier on September 23, 2026, and on the same day I washed it on a short cycle at 30°C, following the washing instructions stated on the label. Despite following the instructions, the cardigan became severely pilled after the very first wash, and its texture noticeably deteriorated. Experiencing this level of pilling after just one wash according to the care instructions raises serious concerns about the quality of the product.

I paid approximately $32 for the product in total, and I cannot accept a product at this price becoming damaged after its first wash. I do not want to continue using the cardigan in this condition. I therefore request that Stradivarius accept the return of the product and provide me with a refund or replacement. I also request to be informed about how this issue will be resolved and ask that my complaint be addressed appropriately.
