Paying More Than New Users on Storytel Despite Being a 4-Year Member
I’ve been a Storitel member for 4 years, but despite my loyalty, a friend who started around the same time is paying much less than I am. Even after contacting customer support to explain the situation, they gave me an excuse about how I signed up via the web, as if that justifies the price difference. I pointed out that even new members are paying what I’m paying, so I asked them to adjust my membership price to match. They didn’t try to understand my issue or offer any solution. In the end, they just canceled my membership instead! I’m really disappointed with their attitude and lack of customer care.
