Storytel Charged My Card Despite Canceling My Membership
I canceled my Storytel membership, yet the company still charged my credit card. I do not want to use Storytel anymore and have been dealing with recurring issues like this. Despite not using the service for the past three months, they have continued to deduct money from my account.
As a student, this has caused financial distress, and I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I am requesting an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and expect Storytel to address this matter promptly to prevent similar issues in the future.
