SteelSeries Sensei Ten Mouse Scroll Issue—Requesting Replacement, Not Refund

100

I purchased a SteelSeries Sensei Ten Mouse in May 2023, but by September 2024, the scroll wheel stopped working. I sent the product to the distributor, Despec, for repair. However, they returned the mouse with a letter directing me to contact the retailer where I originally purchased it. I sent the mouse to the retailer but have yet to receive any response.

When I reached out to Despec again, they claimed the product never reached them and insisted I handle the issue with the retailer. Despite explicitly stating that I want a replacement, not a refund, Despec is pushing me toward a refund through the retailer. I demand that Despec or the retailer promptly replace my defective product and take accountability for resolving this issue efficiently.
