Steam Approved My Refund but I Never Got My Money Back

I purchased the game Half Sword on Steam, but since I didn’t like it, I submitted a refund request on March 21. Although the refund was approved, the money has not been returned to my debit card, and even after approximately 14 days, I still have not received the refund.
I made the payment using my Akbank debit card, but during this time, neither Steam nor the bank has issued the refund to my account, which has caused me inconvenience. This delay in the refund process is not acceptable.
I am requesting that the amount I paid for Half Sword be refunded to my Akbank debit card account as soon as possible.
