Stayforlong Took $389 for Havana Hotel, But Room Was Unusable

On September 4, I made a five-night reservation through Stayforlong.com for the NH Capri Habana Hotel in Havana, Cuba, paying $389 USD with my credit card. When we arrived to check in, the hotel staff informed us that the air conditioners were broken and that they would redirect us to a different hotel. However, the conditions at the hotel they suggested were not acceptable, so we told them we couldn’t stay there. The hotel said our payment would be refunded and asked us to contact Stayforlong.com.
Since September 4, we have experienced a total of three days of inconvenience, and our reservation number is 801811532. Despite repeatedly contacting Stayforlong.com by email, we only receive the response “we are checking with the hotel,” and we feel we are being stalled.
I request that the amount we paid be refunded to us as soon as possible.
