StarMaker Multiple ID Error Blocks Access To Families And Features

I am a StarMaker user from London, UK, and I am currently facing a “multiple ID” block on my account that is linked with TikTok on my Android phone. Because of this block, I cannot join a family or explore more singing features in the app. In the past I had other StarMaker IDs, and I believe at least two of them were deleted. I remember one of the old IDs had the name “simran” but I cannot clearly remember the others. Right now I am only using my Facebook-linked StarMaker account with the name “jannat” and I would also like to use my TikTok-linked account without any multiple ID blocks and, if necessary, be able to create a new clean ID. I do not make any payments or purchases in the app, I just want to use it normally for singing and joining families. However, when I try to use my StarMaker account connected to TikTok, I keep getting the multiple ID error and I cannot use the app properly. I have contacted StarMaker support many times, both inside the app and by other channels, but I only receive general guideline responses and nothing actually solves my problem. This situation has been going on for a long time and it is making me very sad because I cannot enjoy singing and participating in families on StarMaker. I kindly request that you manually remove the “multiple ID” block from my current StarMaker account linked to TikTok, clear any old or deleted IDs that are causing this issue, and allow me to use both my Facebook “jannat” account and a TikTok-linked or new clean ID normally for joining families and using all features again.
