StarMaker Error 8 Locked Me Out of Both Accounts and Profile Data

I have been using the StarMaker app on my Android phone in India with two different accounts. One of my accounts is very old, around 3–4 years, with about 1.1k followers, and the second account is newer, about 4–6 months old. Until today everything was working normally, but suddenly I started facing a serious problem. Today, when I opened the app and tried to record a song, the app showed that it could not load the song. I tried other songs as well, but the same thing happened. Then I opened my profile and it showed nothing, as if everything was empty. Because of this, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but after that I could not open it at all and I started getting “Error 8”. Now the app is not opening properly, I cannot log in, and I have completely lost access to both of my accounts. Before this happened, I was also getting a “multiple accounts” error on my previous account. I even tried to delete the new account, but it showed a message that this account has not done any violation or does not fulfill the conditions for deletion. I want to clearly state that I have never done any kind of violence, misuse, or inappropriate activity, I did not use online rooms, I only recorded and posted songs, and I hardly even commented on anything. I only started using this new account actively for the last 4–5 days. I have not made any purchases on these accounts, but I have spent years building my main profile and followers, and I am very disappointed that I suddenly cannot access my accounts due to this error. I kindly request that you urgently fix this Error 8 and multiple accounts issue and restore full access to my old and new StarMaker accounts, along with my profile, followers, and all data linked to them.
