Starmaker Blocked Me From Party Rooms as a Risky or Multiple Account


I am a Starmaker user from Doha, Qatar, and I use the app on my Honor X5D Android phone with my own accounts only. One day ago, when I tried to join party rooms, I started receiving a warning saying that I am forbidden to join because my account is identified as a multiple account or a risky account. Because of this, I cannot join party rooms and I feel my account has been unfairly restricted. I currently have two accounts: one older account and one new account created with a new Gmail address. My main phone number account is registered with the mobile number +974779745**, with the ID name “M Adi” and family name “Dazzler family.” I have never shared my phone or my Starmaker accounts with anyone else; both the device and the accounts belong only to me. I have tried to get help, but I have not received any clear response or solution. I kindly request that you review my accounts, remove the “multiple or risky account” restriction, and fully restore access to my old account and my new Gmail account. I want to be able to join party rooms again and use Starmaker normally with my own accounts and my own phone. I especially want my account back so that I can use my live profile (live DP) and freely send gifts and support others on Starmaker. I am humbly asking you to check my case carefully and return my accounts to normal as soon as possible.
