StarMaker Fake Account Using My Photos Without Permission

I am submitting this complaint because my personal photos and identifying information have been used on the StarMaker app without my knowledge or permission. A fake account has been created or used with my actual photos and personal information. These photos were taken from my original StarMaker account.

Content containing serious insults and degrading statements directed at me has been posted through this fake account. This situation seriously violates both my personal rights and my sense of security. I have screenshots, account information, message records, and live-stream recordings related to the account and the content as evidence.

I previously reported this issue to StarMaker, but no effective or satisfactory action has been taken so far. My current username is Piyanistkaya59, and the photos and personal information used on the fake account belong to me.

Therefore, I request that the account using my photos and personal information without authorization be investigated immediately, that all of my photos and personal information be removed from the account without delay, and that the insulting and harassing content posted through this account be thoroughly investigated. I also request that the account's login, content, and activity records be preserved for potential legal or judicial proceedings and that I be informed in writing of the actions taken as a result of the investigation.

I expect this complaint to be treated not as an ordinary technical support request, but as a formal complaint concerning the unauthorized use of my personal photos, impersonation of my identity, and insulting content directed at me. If requested, I can provide the screenshots, account ID, profile information, messages, and live-stream recordings in my possession as evidence. I kindly request that the relevant privacy, legal, or safety team address this matter urgently and provide me with a written response.
