StarMaker User Harassing and Threatening Me – Account Report

I am an active user of the StarMaker application and I am facing serious harassment from another user on your platform. This user has been abusing me, insulting me and also threatening me through voice messages inside StarMaker. She frequently changes her username, but her user account and SID details, as well as the abusive and threatening content with date and time, are clearly visible in the video evidence I have provided. Because of this continuous abuse and threats, I feel scared and stressed whenever I open the app. It is affecting my mental peace, my confidence to sing or join rooms, and my daily routine, because I am constantly worried that she will appear again and start abusing or threatening me. I am using your platform for entertainment and positivity, but instead I am being put under emotional pressure and fear. I have already reported this situation to the StarMaker team by email, but the user is still active and continues to harass me. This makes me feel that my complaint and the clear proof I have shared are not being taken seriously, and that my safety as a genuine user is not being properly protected. I kindly request StarMaker to urgently review the video evidence I have provided, where the user’s account, SID and abusive and threatening voice messages with date and time can be seen, and to suspend this user’s account. I also request that you take appropriate safety measures to protect my account and ensure that I can use StarMaker without harassment or fear going forward.
