StarMaker Family Harassment and Image Misuse

I am a StarMaker user from India and my ID is 62022423***. I am writing to report ongoing harassment and serious misuse of StarMaker by a group called the Kohinoor family from India, mainly the user “saji kohinoor_100023****31” and the owner “Ammu k***”, whose family ID is 325*** Kohinoor. For about a week and still continuing, they have been abusing a woman, highly harassing her, morphing her pictures and misusing her name. They come to her private chat and send vulgar messages even though she has done nothing against them. This is not only a violation of platform rules but also a criminal offence against a woman. When we tried to respond, they even got our IDs banned instead, which is very unfair. We have already sent many reports through your official channels, shared multiple chat screenshots, in‑app evidence, profile screenshots and video recordings as proof, and even tried to contact customer care, but no effective action has been taken. The harassment and misuse are still ongoing. I am a VIP 6 user and have been using StarMaker seriously, but the lack of response and protection in such a serious case is very disappointing. If this continues without proper action, we will have no choice but to consider taking legal steps and also stop using the app, and I will advise my friends to delete it as well. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this matter, permanently ban or freeze the IDs of the Kohinoor family members and the persons who are abusing her, and ensure that this harassment and misuse of her pictures and name are completely stopped. I also request a clear written response about the action taken on this complaint.
