I Report Harassment and Sexual Comments in a Starmaker Party Room

I am writing to report a serious incident of harassment that took place in a Starmaker party room approximately half an hour ago in Islamabad, Pakistan time. I was sitting in the room with a female user when another user entered and began verbally insulting her and making sexual comments. The abuser’s username appears as “Sultan Wah” (some of the letters were in a stylish font that I cannot reproduce here, but it was clearly recognizable as that name). His behaviour was clearly abusive and made the environment extremely uncomfortable and unsafe for the female user and for others present. I also have a screen recording of the incident where you can both see and hear what happened, and I am ready to provide this recording to your team for review. I request that you promptly review this incident and take action against the user “Sultan Wah,” including banning his ID for at least one week in line with your community guidelines and anti-harassment policies. I also ask that you take this complaint into consideration to better monitor such behaviour in party rooms so that users, especially women, can feel safe while using your platform.
