Starlight Refused Payout and Ignored My Messages

On January 10, 2026, I deposited approximately $31 into a betting site called Starlight789 using the username gökhan4396. I joined the site because someone who contacted me via WhatsApp, introducing herself as S***, spoke in a friendly and reassuring way and gave the impression that she would support me at all times. At first, they acted very attentive and helpful, but once I started making profits, their attitude completely changed.

As a result of my activity, I earned approximately $850. However, I was not even able to submit a withdrawal request for this amount. While I could still log into the site and continue playing, I was consistently blocked from accessing the withdrawal section, and the system would not allow it.

When I raised the issue with S*** via WhatsApp, despite messaging her on January 12, 2026, instead of offering serious help, she responded in a dismissive and mocking manner. The same people who initially said “we are always here to support you” disappeared as soon as I made a profit. They gave delaying excuses like “I’m on leave” or “the finance team will handle it,” but never resolved the issue. Even when I tried live support, I did not receive any meaningful response.

I find the behavior of this site and its representatives misleading and deceptive. I request that the full amount of approximately $850 that I earned with my deposit be paid to me in full.
