Stardoll Money Deposit Issues and Lack of Support

I've been a loyal Stardoll player for a long time, but I'm currently unable to add any real-world currency to my account. How much longer must I wait for this issue to be resolved before it can be considered resolved? The customer service department has not responded to any of my numerous complaints or emails, nor have they offered a solution. If this is how things are handled, I see no reason to continue playing this game. If the problem is not resolved, I will file an official complaint against the game. My deposit is declined and removed from my account after I make it. It is completely perplexing. I demand that the game's developers address this issue as soon as possible.
