I Want My Stardoll Account to Be Opened

I have had a Stardoll account for about 12–13 years. The last time I logged in was 2 years ago with a new password. However, my account was closed and I cannot log in no matter what I do. I had invested a lot of time and money into building that account. It holds sentimental value because I’ve been using it since I was a teenager. I remember spending hours customizing my avatar and decorating my suite. It’s really upsetting not to be able to access something I’ve cared about for so long. I had loaded too much money. I only have some photos. I want my account to be reopened.
