I Can’t Access My 12-Year-Old Stardoll Account and Don’t Remember the Email

I’ve had a Stardoll account for over 12 years, and it holds years of effort, creativity, and emotional value. The last time I was able to log in was about two years ago, after receiving a new password. Now, that password no longer works, and no matter how many times I’ve tried since, I simply can’t access my account.

My biggest obstacle is that I no longer remember the email address I used back then. I was a child when I started playing, and my family helped with in-game purchases, so I don’t have receipts or payment records. However, I do have screenshots and images of my account and avatar to help verify ownership.

This account means a lot to me—not just for the money spent, but for the memories and time I invested. I’ve reached a dead end with trying to recover it through normal means.

Stardoll, please help me recover my account. I can provide visual proof and any other details needed to prove ownership. Not having the original email shouldn’t mean losing access to a decade of effort and purchases. Please offer a real solution.
