Unable to Access Longtime Stardoll Account – User Not Recognized

I’ve been a dedicated Stardoll user for years, but now I can’t log into my account. When I try to access it, I get an error message saying “No such user exists,” and it doesn’t even prompt me for email verification. I am certain of both my username and email, as I can still find old Stardoll emails in my inbox. While it’s true I haven’t logged in for a while, I believe there’s an error here, and my account should still be accessible. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I’d like Stardoll to help restore my account as soon as possible.
