Starbucks Birthday Reward Not Applied, No Response to My Complaint

I’ve always received my birthday coffee from Starbucks, but this year the stars for my free coffee weren’t applied to my account. I waited a few days, hoping it would update, but nothing happened. I followed all the steps, sent an email to the provided address, and filled out the contact form, but I never received a response. I even tried calling customer service, but no one answered. It’s disappointing to be ignored over such a simple issue. Starbucks needs to resolve this and honor the birthday reward they promised.
