Starbucks App Update Deleted My Stars and Didn’t Credit New Stars from Purchases
After the latest update to the Starbucks app, all my accumulated stars disappeared for no reason. Additionally, I noticed that when I load funds, I’m now required to use 5 stars within a month, or they expire, which seems like a way to push constant reloading. Despite reloading my account three times through Juzdan, I should have earned 15 stars, but none of them were credited to my account. To make matters worse, I found out I can’t even get a refund for this issue. This experience has left me extremely frustrated, and as a result, I no longer plan to use Starbucks. I expect a resolution and my stars to be restored immediately.
