Starbucks Restroom Hygiene Complaint at Çorlu Location

On September 20, 2026, at around 4:00 PM, I came to the Starbucks location in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, and I have been here for approximately two hours. During this time, I noticed that both the men's and women's restrooms were in extremely poor condition in terms of cleanliness. Honestly, I did not even feel comfortable entering the restrooms.

Although the baristas said that the restrooms are cleaned every hour, the current condition clearly does not match that statement. Their response along the lines of, “It would be better for us too if you complained to us,” also made me feel that the seriousness of the problem was being downplayed and did nothing to resolve the hygiene issue we experienced. This situation is concerning both from a customer health perspective and in terms of the brand's image.

I am currently at this location under Starbucks Coffee receipt/order number 2859. I request that the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the restrooms be urgently inspected, that the necessary action be taken to ensure employees handle this issue more carefully and responsibly, and that a permanent solution be implemented to prevent similar problems from happening again.
