Starbucks App Balance Missing After Mobile Reload

We added funds to the Starbucks mobile app using an İstanbulkart. While our other top-up transactions were completed successfully, the $21 payment never appeared in our Starbucks balance. The amount was still deducted from our İstanbulkart balance, leaving us without the funds or any explanation.

When we contacted Starbucks customer service, we were told to send an email. We did so immediately, but it has now been 10 days without any response or update regarding our case.

Our $21 is still missing, and we have been unable to find anyone willing to resolve the issue. We request an immediate investigation and a full refund of the missing funds as soon as possible.
