Stanley Thermos "Lifetime Warranty" a Sham?

April 18, 2024 11:10 AM72

I recently bought a Stanley thermos and decided to take advantage of their lifetime warranty. I contacted the Polar Bear Technical Service on February 15, 2024, after noticing a decrease in its heat retention within a month. After numerous attempts, I managed to obtain updates, and they eventually admitted that the product was defective. They promised to ship it on March 29th. After I inquired about the status, they shifted the blame to delays and claimed they were unable to ship it. Can this be done? Is it possible for a product to take up to 3 months to be repaired?
