Stanley Classic Vacuum Stainless Steel Thermos Rusted

In a shocking turn of events, the "Stanley Classic Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Thermos" that I purchased from the N11 website on September 10th, 2023, began to rust, you might find it shocking, I say it's what it is!!!  You would think it would be made of stainless steel, wouldn't you? to expedite the resolution,I promptly submitted the online form for defective product service requests. More importantly, though, they have been completely silent ever since. Absolute silence—no correspondence, no communication whatsoever. It's as if my cries are going unheard. disappointing. This brand and its website betrayed my trust, it's not asking too much, is it?  someone, get back to me so we can sort this mess out.
