On September 23, 2025, I transferred $71 from my Türkiye Finans bank account to the Pratik **lem Ödeme ve Elektronik Para **. account. The IBAN I sent the money to ends with 0463, and I have the receipt for the transfer. However, even after a full week, the amount I deposited has still not been reflected in my account.
I contacted the company by email to report the issue, but they did not help and continually made things more difficult. I experienced a similar problem before, and this time they are claiming that “the account does not belong to us,” refusing to take responsibility. Yet I made the transfer to the exact IBAN they provided, copying and pasting the information directly. Even though I have the receipt, my issue is still not being resolved.
As a user who deposits money frequently, I request that my funds be credited to my account immediately or refunded to me without delay. I kindly ask that this issue be resolved as quickly as possible.
