Sportsbet.io Refused to Refund My “Over 9 Corners” Bet After PSG–Brest Match

I placed a “Over 9 Corners” bet on the PSG–Brest match through Sportsbet.io. The game ended with exactly 9 corners, so according to standard betting rules, my stake should have been refunded. However, the system marked the bet as lost, and my money was not returned.

When I contacted live support, they told me that for the “Over 9” bet to win, there needed to be 10 corners. That explanation makes no sense — if I had selected Over 9.5, I could understand losing, but Over 9 should result in a push/refund when there are exactly 9 corners. When I pointed this out, they said “this isn’t an Asian handicap bet.”

This response is completely unreasonable. Sportsbet.io’s rules are inconsistent and unclear, and the support team refuses to acknowledge their mistake. I expect my stake to be refunded and clear information on how their corner market actually works.
