Bets10 Didn’t Pay My Winning Bet on Paris Match Corner Count
On 30.08.2025, I placed a bet on the Paris match first-half corner market, choosing the 5–6 corners option. The first half clearly ended with 6 corners, which is confirmed by all official sports data providers worldwide. However, Bets10 is refusing to pay my winnings, claiming that their data provider, Opta, shows a nonexistent 7th corner. This discrepancy has left me unfairly deprived of my rightful payout.
I contacted Bets10 customer service, but instead of investigating properly, they simply forwarded me the Opta feed without addressing the obvious error. Every other reputable sports statistics site records 6 corners, not 7. This is a serious issue because I placed my bet in good faith, and the official records back up my win.
My bet slip number is 154268588121796608, and the amount I should have received is ₺1983. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem, and it makes me question the reliability of their system.
I demand that Bets10 immediately correct this mistake and pay me my full winnings. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this issue to the relevant regulatory authorities to ensure my rights are protected.
