Soulchill Deducts $79 From Broadcaster Salary Without Any Explanation

I have been a broadcaster on the Soulchill voice chat app for some time, and my broadcaster ID is 548444. I fully completed my 140k quota for the period between July 15, 2026, and July 31, 2026. According to the in-app broadcaster policy and earnings chart, my expected salary for this quota was $808, yet only $729 was deposited into my account.

I received the payment to my Turkish bank IBAN via Dlocal. Even though my app wallet showed a salary balance of around $734.5, a deduction was clearly made without providing me with any explanation. I have not been informed about the reason for this deduction, what specific item it was applied to, or on what grounds it was made.

I believe that according to Soulchill's broadcaster policies and payment charts, my earned amount should have been paid in full. I demand that the unpaid balance of approximately $79 that I earned for the July 15–31, 2026 period be deposited as soon as possible without any further deductions. Furthermore, I request a clear, written explanation regarding this unauthorized deduction.
