Sony PS Store Refused Refund After Red Dead Redemption 2 Price Dropped in 2 Days

On October 2, 2025, I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Ultimate Edition from the PS Store for ₺680.34. Less than two days later, the price dropped to ₺200. While the download had started, I had not even opened the game, and when I emailed the PS Store, the game had not fully downloaded yet. I reported the issue, explaining that such a drastic price drop in under two days was unreasonable and requested a refund. A week later, they responded that they couldn’t do anything because the download had started. Does this make any sense? I hadn’t even had the chance to fully download the game, let alone play it, and suddenly, it was available for a third of the price. This is completely unacceptable and unworthy of Sony’s standards.
