Sony Android TV Screen Failed During Warranty

Approximately 1.5 years ago, I purchased a 165 cm Sony Android TV from an Evdiz store in Eskişehir. The product has not even been in use for two years, yet approximately three months ago, a serious problem developed with the screen. The television turns on, but the entire screen appears heavily red, and the picture is so distorted that it is difficult to recognize people's faces.
As soon as the problem occurred, I contacted the authorized service center in Bilecik. A technician came to my home, inspected the television, and told me that the screen had failed. However, they said they could not take the television to the service center because I no longer had the original box. They then told me that they would order a suitable box, that it would arrive within 20 days, and that they would collect the television at that time. However, three months have now passed, and nobody has come to collect the television or even contacted me.
Despite calling the service center repeatedly, they do not answer my calls, and I feel that I am constantly being given excuses and delays. First I was told that there was no box available, and now they are making excuses about parts being unavailable, even though the television has not been properly inspected or repaired. This level of indifference and the way both the brand and its service center are treating a customer is completely unacceptable.
I request that the necessary repair or replacement of my television, which is still covered by warranty, be completed as soon as possible and that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved. Otherwise, I would like to make it clear that I will pursue legal remedies and share my experience of this lack of customer service on all relevant platforms.
