I Can't Redownload eFootball PES 2020 After Deleting It for Storage Space

I deleted my eFootball PES 2020 game, purchased through my Sony PlayStation account, to free up space in order to install another game, and it completely disappeared from my PS4 game library. Even though the mobile app still shows the game as active in my account, I'm not allowed to download it to my console, and I can't access the game in any way.
Regarding this situation, I sent an email with screenshot evidence to d*****@playstation.com.tr on June 14th, but despite days having passed, I haven't received any response. Today, when I tried to reach customer service by phone, the line kept ringing busy, and the live support assistant on the website also ended the chat due to high volume, so I couldn't get any help.
As a consumer, I am being seriously harmed because I can't access digital content I've already paid for. I am requesting that the download license for the eFootball PES 2020 game, which I've paid for, be re-added to my account, and that my complaint be resolved urgently.
