PlayStation Won’t Fix EA Account Linked to Wrong Email

My PlayStation Network account has been linked to an EA account under a different email address without my permission. I want my EA account to be reconnected to my PlayStation Network profile using my own email address: a*****@gmail.com**, and I want the account information corrected.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to get any support from PlayStation Turkey customer service. All communication channels I tried (phone, email, and live chat) are either closed, inactive, or invalid. When I send an email to the address provided, I receive an error that the address is no longer in use. The phone number listed is also disconnected.
Because of this, I have been unable to resolve this issue for nearly four years. I am writing from Yalova, Turkey, and this is the first time I am formally submitting a complaint. I request that my issue be resolved and that my account be restored under my correct email address.
