The Remini photo enhancement app on the Apple Store created a subscription in my name without my knowledge or consent. Since then, I’ve been charged ₺250 every week, adding up to ₺1,000 per month. I never approved any subscription, never agreed to recurring payments, and yet these charges keep showing up on my bill.
What’s worse is that there’s no clear customer support to speak to — no contact, no help, and no way to stop the billing from within the app itself. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a trap.
I strongly warn others not to download Remini. It is not a trustworthy app. I demand a full refund of the ₺1,000 taken from me and immediate cancellation of this unauthorized subscription. Apple and Remini, do something about this now.
