Snapchat Account Suspended With SS07 Error After Unlock

I am a Snapchat user from Uganda and I access my account on a Samsung S9+. On 6 July my Snapchat account, registered with the email address Abbygailb***@gmail.comcom, was temporarily unlocked, but afterwards I received a message stating that my account has been suspended with the reference “Please use ss07”. I have already tried to recover my account using the available Snapchat support channels, but so far I have not received any effective help and I still cannot log in. I do not understand why my account has been suspended and I would like this situation to be reviewed as soon as possible. I kindly request that my Snapchat account be unblocked and fully restored, or that a clear explanation be provided about the reason for this suspension and what I need to do to regain access.
