Urgent Request for Resolving Device Ban on My Snapchat Account

I urgently need help with a problem I'm experiencing on Snapchat. I find it quite confusing that my account has been banned on my device, even though I have not done anything that would justify such a restriction. I'm having trouble accessing my account and I'm unable to create a new one on the same device.
