I haven’t been able to log into my Snapchat account for the past week. Since I forgot my password, I used the “Forgot Password” option, but I no longer have access to the email address linked to my account. My phone number is also outdated, so I can’t receive the verification code or reset my password.
When I contacted Snapchat customer support, they told me that they couldn’t help me recover my account.
