Defective Skip Hop Bottle – Request for Replacement

Dear Skip Hop Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with one of your bottles. I only washed the bottle with hot water, yet it has become cloudy, discolored, and looks defective after very minimal use. This is unacceptable for a baby product that should meet high safety and quality standards. I trusted the Skip Hop brand for my baby, but now I am left with a product that looks unsafe and unusable.
