I regret not reading reviews before purchasing from Skechers. I bought a pair of Skechers shoes, and despite wearing them sparingly, a hole developed along the side within just 6-7 months. This was not a daily-use shoe, and I took good care of it. I visited the Skechers store at Marmara Park in Beylikdüzü, where they sent the shoes for inspection. However, they were returned with a notice that the issue wasn’t deemed a manufacturer defect. I am deeply disappointed that a product I paid so much for deteriorated this quickly. If Skechers doesn’t address this issue, I will be taking my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
