Skechers Does Not Care About Its Customers

I made the regrettable decision of purchasing Skechers shoes from the Trendyol store, only to discover a major flaw – they are not waterproof, and water seeps through the soles. When I sent the shoes back for inspection, I was told it was due to user error, claiming I had washed them in a washing machine and punctured the soles. However, I have not done anything of the sort. Numerous others have faced the same issue, as evident from comments expressing dissatisfaction. The customer service showed zero concern, making this the worst customer experience I've encountered with Skechers.
