Skechers Defective Shoes Caused Extreme Discomfort

The well-known Skechers brand shoes that I recently bought for my mother. Instead of making her feel better, they have given her a lot of pain in her thumb, which spread to her ankle. Even though we took the shoes back to the shop to have them looked at, they shockingly refused to admit that there was anything wrong with them if these shoes are really perfect, why aren't they on store shelves right now? It's sad to see my mom in pain and discomfort because of shoes she picked because they were supposed to give her support and comfort. We trusted the Skechers brand because of its image and quality, they at first decided to look at the shoes to figure out what was wrong but, to our surprise, that lead nowhere. They should add a note with every purchase, not designed for comfort, enjoy pain!
