Skechers D-Lites Arch Fit Shoes Tear and Unravel After 6–7 Months of Use

I purchased a pair of Skechers D-lites Arch Fit shoes from skechers.com.tr and after about 6–7 months of use, tearing and unraveling started to appear on the shoes. The current condition of the product does not match my expectations in terms of durability and quality. I would like this issue to be evaluated and I request a refund or an exchange for a new product. I kindly ask for my complaint to be reviewed and for a solution to be provided as soon as possible.
