Sixt Deducted $133 From My Rental Deposit Without Explanation

In July, I rented a car from Sixt in Prague, Czech Republic, for one week. When I picked up the vehicle, an authorization hold/deposit of 60,000 TL, approximately $1,225, was charged to my card. I returned the vehicle without any damage, missing fuel, or other issues. At the time of return, I was told that the full deposit would be refunded within a few days.

After returning to Türkiye, I checked my card transactions and saw that approximately 6,500 TL, or $133, had been withheld from the deposit without any explanation. Despite there being no damage, fines, additional services I had authorized, or documents I had signed, I was not given any information about why this amount was deducted.

I tried to contact the company regarding the deduction, but after returning to Türkiye, I was unable to reach them again, and the reason for the deduction has still not been explained. I request that the $133 deducted without my authorization or any prior notice be refunded to me and that I receive a clear written explanation of why this amount was withheld.
