Sinbo Volume Air Hair Styler Melted After Only Five Uses




I purchased a Sinbo Volume Air hair styling device from Şok Market approximately three months ago. However, after only the fifth use, the product started melting from its own heat. Because of this damage, I can no longer attach the styling heads properly, and the device has now become completely unusable.
The fact that the product melted so quickly, especially due to its own operating heat, is both extremely disappointing and very concerning from a safety perspective. A hair styling device should not deform or melt after such limited use, and this situation has seriously reduced my trust in the product.
I paid approximately $77 for this item, and I cannot accept that it became defective in such a short time.
The warranty certificate and purchase receipt were provided to me at the time of purchase, but unfortunately I do not currently have them with me.
I request that the product be inspected and evaluated as a defective product under consumer protection regulations. I also request that my grievance be resolved and, if possible, that the product be either refunded or replaced with a new one.
