Faulty Arzum Shake'n Take Joy Blender Return Problem
Yesterday evening, I bought an Arzum Shake'n Take Joy blender from Sok Market. When I got back home and gave it a shot, it just didn't work at all. It just wouldn't power up. Sok Market wouldn't accept the return and insisted that I contact Arzum's technical service to sort out the problem. Unfortunately, it seems impossible to get through to Arzum's customer service line, and despite their assurance, the promised WhatsApp link never materialized. I feel like I threw away my money that I worked so hard for. I'll give it another shot today, but if this problem isn't fixed, I'll have to resort to legal action and take it to the consumer court on Monday.
Progress
Arzum customer service doesn't connect. As I mentioned before, I bought a blender yesterday and it turned out to be faulty. I can't return it because it needs approval from the brand's technical service. I'm calling, but it doesn't connect at all. They sent a link, I entered the product information, but it doesn't accept it because I'm not a member. Whenever I buy a product from Arzum, it's either insufficient or faulty. Two years ago, I bought a blender, it broke before using it five times. The vacuum cleaner I bought is useless. They sell poor quality/faulty goods and don't even answer the phone, let alone listen to the problems.
