About two months ago, I purchased a Sinbo SHD 1720 hair styler from Trendyol. From the very first day, I started experiencing problems with the folding and angle adjustment mechanism. When I press the lock button and try to rotate it, the mechanism does not turn, and the device cannot be adjusted properly.
I was only able to use the device four times, and I encountered the same issue each time. Because of this, I sent the product in for warranty service. However, it was returned to me as if it had been repaired, but the issue with the mechanism was not fixed at all.
When the product came back, the same problem continued—it still does not rotate and is currently unusable. I was given the service confirmation code 01112506861894 for this process.
I tried to contact customer service via phone and WhatsApp regarding this issue, but I have not been able to reach anyone who could provide a proper solution or assistance. I have been dealing with this product and the service process for 20 days, experiencing both time loss and inconvenience.
Since the issue was not resolved even after sending the product for repair, and I have not received adequate support from customer service, I no longer want the product repaired. I request a full refund instead.
I ask that my issue be resolved promptly. Otherwise, I will be forced to pursue my legal rights as a consumer.
