I am an investor in the Silver Invest company with ID number 2111****. At first, everything seemed promising, but when I faced a loss, there was no one to assist me. The platform initially provided guidance and support, but once I started losing money, they became unresponsive. I invested $9185, and the entire amount was lost due to the company's unprofessional approach. It feels like they only care about getting people to deposit money rather than actually helping investors succeed. I want my losses to be compensated. Additionally, the transaction spread is excessively high, and every time a transaction is opened, it starts with a loss of at least $300. Even when market conditions are stable, the platform imposes unnecessary costs that make it nearly impossible to recover losses. This is not how a reliable investment platform should operate.
